We’re here to walk alongside your family:

Our process has four core components of support:

  • We help you find highly qualified providers for your child, offering the services you desire and making them genuinely accessible to you.

  • We walk alongside you through crises to create tangible plans that actually work and support your needs, while navigating the systems you’re involved in.

  • We implement the wraparound model, both holistically and individually, to uplift your voice and choice, and to set a mission and vision you believe in that your team can all get behind.

  • We advocate for you in IEP meetings and other settings to ensure you are heard.

When life feels overwhelming, and your child is facing significant challenges, we help you discover a new path forward, together.

Wraparound is all about building a support system that truly understands your family’s unique needs. We focus on your child’s strengths, listen to what matters most to you, and get everyone involved in your child’s life onto the same page — all while working on your goals.

We’ll help guide your family through tough times, ensure all your services work together seamlessly, and bring any additional supports you need into your care process. Over time, we find that families feel more confident, in control, and supported through their individualized wraparound process.

All the services we offer are free to youth and families on Medicaid and the CHRP waiver.
